Soft Three Sided Toothbrush

These toothbrushes have rubber bristles, which I like. To me, they do not hurt. They reach the gumline and clean great. I haven't tried brushing with toothpaste yet, because I just got them today. I do imagine toothpaste will be hard to fully clean out of them. I got these for my brother and I, he's autistic, I'm not but we both hate brushing our teeth. I love how they clean all sides at once, I hate the feeling of my toothbrush at the back of my teeth, and this should cut down on brushing time. As for age range, anyone can use these. I'm 20, but I wish I found these sooner. I've had my share of cavities, because I wouldn't brush. I've gotten better, haven't had a cavity in a year! But still hate the feeling of brushing and I do tend to go a week or so without brushing. I still floss multiple times a week, though. I get the fluoride treatment when I go get a cleaning at the dentist, every 6 months. That really helps, I really recommend it. With these, I hope to get better at brushing. I'm going to start with brushing every night, then in a week or two start brushing in the morning too. I think for kids, these are great because I know when I was little, I didn't clean the tops and backs of my teeth. I just cleaned the front and was done. The handle is easy to grip, children shouldn't have a problem with that.

I literally did not brush my teeth for half a year because of sensory problems. I know it's nasty, I'm so aware, it's a wonder I haven't had cavities or worse - yes I go to the dentist. Well I thought there's got to be something for autistic people like me. I found these. I still forget to brush, I'm trying to get into the habit, but I think "few times a week" is way better than "never" so it's a work in progress. Well I just want to say these are comfy and easy to use and don't make me disgusted, and since there's the 3 angles it hits from it gets the job done faster so less time suffering. I did think the bristles were a bit hard but other than that I really like the design of these!

These were not good. Bought for my autistic son and he was not able to use them. The bristles are made of plastic and made it uncomfortable and hard and poked the gums unlike his previous surround brush.

Bristles are pretty hard but i do feel like it cleans my teeth better, id use this in conjunction with my other toothbrush aswell. I’m disabled and autistic as well so this does help me.

These 3-sided toothbrushes have been a great find for our family. My son has a significant global developmental delay due to a rare metabolic condition and autism, and brushing teeth has always been a challenge because of sensory sensitivity and limited tolerance. the bristles were plastic and very hard i sent them back as i felt it would be damaging to my gums

I dont want to give this 1 star because it could be functional. HOWEVER- the bristles are plastic. I saw that they may be in the photo but thought they would be like the really soft brush kind. It wasn't. They are very firm. The depth of the brushes are really short too. I got these for my autistic son who is 4, and his teeth are (very normal 4 year old size) small. The brush didnt reach the gum line. Which is the part we need to brush. The 3 brushes are also incredibly tight, so it was like trying to put a cap on his teeth. If your child is on the spectrum, and you already have difficulty brushing, these are not it.

These tooth brushes help get into places I can't while brushing my son's teeth. It assures me that I am getting the outer and inner tooth for a full brush. Very colorful so each child knows whose brush is whose. Easy to use and great cleaning ability

Just like many other autistic people, I find teeth brushing really difficult for a multitude of reasons. I have found that using this three sided tooth brush makes it so much easier because I don't have to manually brush on each side of my teeth! The negative sensory aspect of it is still there, but it helps as you reduce the amount of time you have to brush in total, by brushing all sides at the same time. The tongue scraper at the back is a nice touch! Strongly recommend for my fellow autistic adults.
