Great product with a rating of 7W/mK.The make up of this thermal pad is very firm and no rubbery like some cheaper pads.I replaced my HP factory pads with these and my graphic card has dropped an easy 10c.Also because these pads don't easily squish up you can stack them and the heatsink properties still work from the chip to the aluminium /copper heatsink on my laptop.So if you're doing some mods on your system these are very good.

the product is not self adhesive and there a cheaper products that are better.
DO NOT BUY ---- this is an ok heat conductive pad but completely over advertises, the product is not self adhesive and there a cheaper products that are better .
