Received the cartridges quickly and they work perfectly. We did have a problem initially with one of the 4 color cartridges not printing but, after contacting the seller, they gathered some info and immediately sent a replacement. We couldn't be happier with the product and now know we can count on the seller if a problem should ever come up. As a business, we use a lot of toner and have now added this seller as our go to.

Black ink cartridge not working, still half full. Tried all the trouble shooting. Very faded print, particularly on left side. 1st one opened in package. Past return window. Update: I have bought this brand before multiple times and it was fine. For this one issue, the supplier contacted me and is providing a new toner cartridge for me. They provided prompt courteous service.

Yellow cartridge chip didn’t work; caused HP Laser Jet Pro to go offline (stop print jobs). Aftermarket yellow print cartridges are a challenge on HP laser printers and, depending on the supplier, will fail.

UPDATE! The below story is still 100% true, but after writing it the company reached out to me to fix the issue. They gave me a host of options to make the situation right, and I opted for just replacing the one faulty color cartridge. I had my own customer service agent, responding to my emails back and forth, so polite and so helpful, verified who I was and I had my new ink within days! Its amazing, and working fabulously. Seriously, they've made a customer for life. I bought these back in Sept 2021 because I thought my printer was almost out of ink... well it was... but I print infrequently enough that "being out" meant I had enough to last me till December 2021. These sat in my climate controlled office till then, and I installed them with no problems. My printer put up a "not authorized ink" notice, but after I dismissed it, the printer printed perfectly. I couldn't tell a big difference (now, I don't print anything super important, mostly invoices with a small color picture in one corner) between these and the name brand. Ok, fast forward to mid-January and the trouble started... I've put MAYBE 50 pages through the ink - again, I print like 5 - 10 pages a week though my printer - and all the sudden the blue ink started creating these weird lines on all my pages (see picture). They're broken up lines horizontally, but consistent at about 1 inch intervals down each and every page... Its obnoxious and awful looking. Basically rendering my printer useless for any kind of good printing I need to do. I would've returned it had I not waited so long to need them. This is definitely a "you get what you pay for" situation. I tried to go the cheaper route and I got exactly that in return. I will say the black ink prints crisply!

La calidad de la imagen es excelente, una gran opción si quieres hacer rendir tu dinero en impresiones a color. Espero que el cartucho negro me logré dar un rendimiento similar o aceptable en comparación al original. Buena calidad de impresión en relación al precio. El producto llegó antes de la fecha prevista. Lo único que fallo fue el empaquetado ya que llegó con algunos daños evidentes la caja del producto, sin embargo, los cartuchos no presentaban daños.
