Terrible product. Poor functioning
I had bought the USB A to C, charging cable of Ambrane in Jan. From the day I received the product I had to experience poor to very poor charging speed. I changed the adapter, tried with different phone but the charging speed was terribly slow. Amazon customer care would not accept return of the product. Asked me to check with Ambrane customer care. I wrote an email to them. They asked me to visit a service centre somewhere in Bangalore. Now for a product worth lesss than 200 rupees I decided to throw it in the waste basket rather than spend equal or more amount travelling to service center to check a cable fault. The team can do better on their product and service options.
