I ordered this light for my craft room as its crucial to have great lighting - and this has way surpassed my expectations. It gives a huge amount of light. Being able to higher/lower it is brilliant as I can put it down lowish in darker conditions so I can clearly see what I am doing. I did have to contact the seller to check on how to use the dimmer facility and they were very prompt in replying (and, for others who may have had the same question, the button on the end of the unit needs to be held in for around 4 - 5 seconds and the light will start to dim). The light was very easy to install and wire up. I would very highly recommend both this light and the seller.

The unit is well built and stylish. The dimmer works better than expected being multivariable...I expected 3 stages of brightness or similar

Well made light.Variable brightness using the button on the end of the bar. It forgets the setting when turned off at the wall and always comes on at the brightest setting. For some this is great, for others (like me) who want subtle lighting it's annoying.

If the bulbs cannot be replaced that surely renders it useless

We purchased the pendant light for our new kitchen extension. We needed something that could aluminate the island below a vaulted ceiling. We are so so pleased with this product and B.K.Licht, what a quality light and a company that will do everything to help. Fantastic 👍

You can judge a company by how they react to a problem.This is a 5 star firm as they were very quick to respond and rectify a fault that occured to my light would not hesitate to deal with them again.Also the new light supplied works very well and does everything that they said it would and was easy to fit.Thankyou
