Excellent gift for my 10 year old niece

Do Not Work
Bought two pens as gift items. Neither of them work. Really poor quality. The box was also different from the ones in the Amazon app. Should not buy this!!

Missing item
I bought it as a gift for my daughter and today she opened it and there is no charger or power adapter in it. Now my daughter is unable to play with it. I can't return it because I am out of town until 7th April. What should I do?

Toy meant to last 5 months tops
After 5 months the heater is now working. The temperature reads wrong. You need to let power it on and off many times to make it work. It's just a toy for kids

Good quality for money. My kids love it. And they made many things. The only issue I faced is that it didn't work once I got it out of the box. I had to open the pen using a screwdriver. The pushbutton was a little bit displaced. I had to readjust it. Not everyone can do the same. But it worked for me.
