Yes! The ad states -WATERPROOF VOICE AMPLIFIER WIRELESS- The Portable PA System is rugged enough for outdoor-indoor use and rigorously tested to meet IPX6 waterproof standards. IPX6 means the product can resist high-pressure, heavy sprays of water. IPX7 means the product can be submerged up to 1 meter in water for 30 minutes. So as long as you are not submerging it in water it should work fine.

Q: I was wondering about the usage time of the amplifiers and microphones. How long can I expect to use them before needing to recharge?

It lasts for a hour of sustained use for me. Or, three hours of use if turn it off between needs.

Q: I was wondering if you could explain how to pair microphones and amplifiers together. I'm not quite sure how to go about doing that.

No need for manual pairing, this one has automatic connection, I highly recommend it, it's the only one on the market and it solves a lot of problems.
