My favorite feature of this drone is how small it is and how easy it is to fly. It folds up nicely and fits into a well designed carrying case. A GPS drone is great for beginners b/c the ability to stay in a location and hover is key. This drone only takes a few minutes to pre flight and it very easy using the app that guides you through the basic process. The app also had a beginner mode to keep the drone with a certain distance from the controller making it easier to fly and track. The advanced mode allows the drone to operate at longer distances free from limitations. There is a follow me feature that works great along with a mapping feature that allow you to set waypoints and have the drone fly a predefined path to record a video or take photos. Let it do the flying for you. One thing that stand out and really helps a first time pilot is the lights located on the rear legs of the drone. Depending on the color or position of the drone from the pilot you can tell what direction the drone is headed and what mode it is in. For example, if the return home mode is active the lights flash red and white while it head to it original takoff location just as an example. The adjustable high quality camera take awesome videos and photos. (Note) be sure to use a microSD card for the best available photo or video. Saving to the connected phone works well but you can leverage the cameras full quality by downloading from the microsd card after flight. Overall this drone offers all the advanced features I needed but while supervised simple enough my son can fly it safely as well.

I've only had it out for about a day, but so far I like it. The image quality is great, but the video is a little shaky due to not having a gimbal, and the frame rate for the full 4K is only 12 FPS. The drone was easy to control even with mild wind and is very responsive. It comes with two batteries, they didn't take a little bit to charge, but I got about 22 minutes out of each of them. A little less than the advertised 25. Overall, it was still fun to use and it's a great value for the price.

Very good product for the price. This is the first drone I've had. It was pretty easy to set up, once you download the app. It takes a little getting used to, as you have to connect to the drone manually through Wifi everytime you power off and on the drone. I had it flying in 15 minutes. The camera is pretty good, not amazing by any means. It is pretty stable in the air, especially if there's no wind. Even with a slight breeze, it is fairly stable. Landing is a bit flimsy as the drone tends to move side to side when it gets close to a surface. I can definitely tell you this drone is durable. I've flown it into a wall, a table, a fence, a few trees and bushes (user error, not the drone by any means). It starts right up every time and flies perfectly. It comes with an extra set of propellers, which I already used. Charge time on the batteries is a bit long. Roughly 3 hours for a full charge. Once fully charged, I'd say the batteries lasted roughly 20 minutes each. Slightly less than advertised, but not bad.

Nice price and nice drone for introduction to the hobby. Flies nicely and works fine. I like it. When I move up, I'll get one with a monitoring screen built into the controller. Using a phone is OK, but I get screen wash out when in the bright sun. Requires control from a shaded area.

Since day one that I bought it I’ve had issues with it charging, I’ll have it charging for 5+hours and when I go to fly it it’s always at 2 bars it’s like the battery is die while it’s not being in use. The camera quality ok ig ,it’s not very fast and if you looking t do tricks in you’re videos 👎 I don’t recommend this drones you can find better ones ,also if you got a big phone it won’t fit well on the controller

The seller is great and fast shipping. The price is good, but this drone has many hiccups that need to be worked out. I have to recalibrate every time I want to use it, and that is a job in itself! It’s nearly impossible to get to shut down when it’s landed. However, the camera and video are very nice crystal clear. I haven’t been able to get the follow me mode to work yet.

My first impression of the WeFone WF-31 drone. I would rate this drone favorably. I have a variety of drones and fly often. The WF-31 is a great “beginner” drone that is rich in features. Many of the features are found on drones that are much more expensive. Since I’m classifying the WF-31 as a “beginner” drone I want to offer some suggestions that will help you enjoy the experience. You’ll want to thoroughly read the manual a couple times to familiarize yourself with the drone and controller and how they work together. It’s critical to a successful flight to follow a (pre-flight) strict routine before you launch. I want to stress the importance of following the correct sequence of pre-flight steps. Learn how to pair the drone to the controller, calibrate the compass & gyro and unlock the motors. Become familiar with the phone app (wifi ) and how to connect from your phone. Includes a spare battery and a nice zip up case. Following the instructions precisely will result enjoyment of being able to snap a picture or take a video at 100 meters in the air. I highly recommend this to anyone just starting out in the world of drones!! Happy flying!!
