I am usually a XL-2X and I couldn't even get the first hook. I would say the 2X fit like a large.

If u are in.Between sizes definitely go one size up,i am xl,and got a 2xl and only fit on the 1st snaps,felt like it was rolling on one side.so i returned it

I got my faja today and I immediately put it on because I was so eager to get it and start my weight loss journey...4 years ago i had my daughter and i went from 140 (before pregnancy) to 190 (my weight now) and when I had my cesarean section with my 4 year old daughter, I always wore my faja (which the one I used at that time was an Ann Chery 2025 faja), and I wore it every day and I lost about 20 lbs in a few months. But then it broke because i wore it so much and after that i didnt buy another one until now...and so i gained all the weight i had lost back and more. The Ann Chery faja was good but this one is alot better, plus this one is half the price and for a better product. The Ann Chery one was over $50, and imo not as good of quality as this one, so I'm very pleased with my purchase and will buy a couple more for spares lol.

I’m glad that I didn’t listen to these reviews and got my size cause it was hard to get on. I luv this faja, it’s the best one I’ve ever got. it stays in place, doesn’t fold up or down. even better is that it’s pretty comfortable and I have a long torso but this fits me so well.

This is the best waist trainer I’ve tried!! I’ve gone through a lot and this one takes the cake. I have a pretty big tummy post baby and other waist trainers just weren’t cutting it, my stomach would still stick out. With the help of the rubbery material of this waist trainer it helps keep everything in and gives you that tight toned belly you want!

Made well, not long and runs small.

It was a bit hard to try on. Needed help getting into after having my baby. I'm 5'5" 220lbs now and I got a 2XL when I should have got a 3XL but I think it slims my waist down nicely and even helps my back pain carrying my baby. Love that it does not move! Make sure to wipe it clean before wearing it! There is a strong latex smell but goes away fast.

This waist shaper is great, the problem is, it’s way too short for me. I don’t think I have a particularly long torso or anything, but if it’s all the way up where it’s comfortable, I have a horrendous muffin top around my hips, and when it’s pushed down to smooth that out, it leaves a weird lump around the top/under my boobs! I think the only thing that would work is if I got one of the ones that is more like a tank top. Aside from that it seems really durable!
