Quick arrival, packaged nicely. The flour itself was like silk. Soft, milled very finely, worked perfectly for my sourdough bread. Definitely recommend!

I started making home made Russian rye style bread a couple months ago and no longer purchase a loaf at the store. The four-pack price point per bag is lower than when the product infrequently goes on sale at the store. I have been completely satisfied with the quality of this product.
