Givi E450N Monolock Top-Case with Plate

Just fitted the GIVI universal plate to a Triumph Rack on a Triumph Bonneville T100. Fitted no problem and the kit made it easy to install. Solid as a rock and really substantial once tightened up.Top Box looks good with the style of bike and gives plenty of storage capacity for days out / Waterproofs / Pack up , etc .In addition fitted the GIVI back pad for this box for the pillion rider , Tried it out and makes it comfortable for the pillion and doesn't seem to affect the handling and is better on long rides ,.Can only sing the items praise as no stess involved in any part of the purchase and installation.

I was a little sceptical as it was to go on a K1200 with a very small carrier. However, the adaptor plate went on very easily and the box feels very secure. Instructions are a little unclear but you don't need them anyway. It's a good capacity and looks good. Overall great value for money.

Apart from the sticky paper 'push' label on the catch, this top box looks great and, even though I had to buy some longer bolts, the universal fitting kit is good and easy to use. I was surprised at how flimsy the plastic is, unnerved that this means the catch sticks so that the box is hard to open if the contents slightly distort the edge of the box, and disappointed that it doesn't take two Shoei XR1000 helmets, due to their shape. Overall, I think the box is reasonable value, but another time I'd look for a top box that is more robust and that uses the space more flexibly.

I like this, It was reasonably easy to fit, however I could only use 3 of the 4 fixing bolts on the Triumph Rack fitted to the bike, It is handy to carry waterproofs and other light items. It has not affected the stability of the bike at speed and the lock seems reasonably secure. It has a nic finish and was good value for money in my opinion.

I have never had a top box on a bike before and as Im 50 now I like to put my helmet in the top box save carrying it around and bits and bobs also I managed to get 2 helmets in the box a medium shoei gt air and a small shark both full face so now not only am I happy the missus is smiling too.A well made box and easy to fit to a rack and use everyday

I upgraded to the 450 from a smaller Givi top box so that I could carry my laptop in its case. This box has a much easier catch than my smaller topbox and I can easily open or close it with my gloves on. My other box is 6 months old so maybe this box is a newer design. I like the way that I can remove the box easily, leaving the mounting on the bike. It fitted easily on to my Honda Varadero XL125 and I feel confident in the fixings and the security. Great.

Very good product. This case holds 1 full helmet (HJC FG-ST) and there is still space for gloves, vest or towel.I doubt that 2 full helmets fit together.

The locking system is insane. It's completely counter-intuitive and I was absolutely convinced I had a defective unit.Then I went on YouTube and worked out the trick and YES it does work and is actually really good. But it's a horrible nightmare to work out.The trick is the key has to be in and turned to the right, then you shut the lid and then you press the section marked PRESS in and then DOWN so that the whole plate marked PRESS pops down and into the unit, locking everything solidly into place.So yeah. Good luck! It's a good piece of kit.

This box is fantastic. It can fit two full-face motorcycle helmets snugly. I've also put my briefcase (which fits a 15" laptop) in it, small pizza boxes, and many different things. It keeps my stuff dry and I use it every day. Overall, it was the best investment I've spent on my electric scooter by far.Some things to note:- The locking mechanism is difficult to get used to at first; you have to put the key in, turn it, then press the lever down until it pops the red button out and then turn and remove the key. When it was new, it was a little tricky, but now since it's worn, it's a lot easier to lock and unlock.- When two motorcycle helmets are in the box, sometimes the latch doesn't close completely or gets stuck, but with some wiggling, it's perfectly fine.- If you have a scooter with a deeper rack than about 1/4 of an inch, then get new screws for the box. The screws that come with it are pretty small, but easily replaceable at the hardware store.

Acheté en complément d'un modèle plus petit de la même marque, dont j'étais entièrement satisfait. Celui-là aussi est de très bonne qualité et la platine montée sur la moto étant commune, on peut passer de l'un à l'autre très facilement en fonction des besoins. Pas encore trouvé de point négatif. Il contient sans problème un casque intégral et un jet.

Das TopCase ist toll durchdacht. Es passen genau 2 große Helme hinein. Mit ein paar Kniffs versteht man auch das Verschließen dieses TopCases. Ich würde es auf alle Fälle wieder kaufen.
