Absolutely fed up with this TSC printer. It stops working almost every single day and I have to recalibrate it just to print a label. What kind of useless printer needs daily babysitting? I’ve contacted support multiple times. They reply, but there’s still no permanent fix — just temporary fix and no replacement either Because of this nonsense I’ve already wasted a lot of labels and time. A printer is supposed to make work easier, not create problems every day. Honestly, this has been one of the most frustrating pieces of equipment I’ve used.
