Nice quality. Nice and stretchy. Like that it comes in 5 different strengths.

Very good exercise bands
Bought these to exercise after a total right knee replacement. Works well for many different muscles. The quality of the bands seems to be very good. I would recommend to anyone looking for items like this.

Good for the price
For $10 these are pretty good. Have used them a few times and haven’t had any issues yet. I’m not sure how to describe it, but it does feel like if you use them enough they’ll get stretched out after a while. Do like that there are 5 different resistances though, and they’ll get the job done for now.

Excellent Bands for Warmups and Stretching
These resistance bands are perfect for warming up and adding a little extra resistance to stretches. They feel durable and have a good amount of elasticity without being too tight or flimsy. Great for yoga, fitness sessions, and even quick stretches before a workout. Super handy to have around and well worth the purchase!

The strength of the bans reduced dramatically after a few uses, Also the resistance in LBS is not realistic when I compare it with other bands
