These wireless headphones are absolutely fantastic! The sound is crystal clear, and the noise canceling microphone does very well at blocking background noise. I particularly appreciate that these headphones can connect three different ways. Using the USB connector dangler, or connecting via Bluetooth, or doing a wired direct connection. It's relieving to know that if there are any wireless connection issues, the headphones can be wire connected. I also like that to mute the microphone all I need to do is raise the mic boom to the upright position. Excellent headphones, with a very attractive price point. I highly recommend giving these headphones a try. You won't regret it.

I bought this headset 2 years ago. I've been using it to work from home, and I have to say, these are of better quality than the Jabra headsets that my employer provides. (For context, I went through 3 of the Jabras in one year before deciding to order this one.) It's held up very well; it looks the same as the day I bought it. Nothing has worn out. Sound quality is good, both for taking phone calls and listening to music. The mute function is reliable, so I don't have to worry about needing to clear my throat, cough, or remind my kids that "mommy's working." Speaking of working from home with the kids, the noise cancellation on this headset is amazing. Any background noise is filtered out. I can type notes on my loud clickety clackety keyboard, my kids can scream to their hearts' content, and my customers can't hear a thing. It's also very comfortable to wear. I highly recommend this headset. It may be the best headset I've ever used!

I bought this headset for my work-from-home job to replace a wired headset, and it’s honestly been a game changer. It paired easily with my company laptop, and I wear it pretty much all day without issues. The wireless freedom makes a huge difference. I can get up, let the dog out, grab a drink, stretch, or even fold laundry while finishing a call. Sitting and talking all day was actually starting to cause back problems for me, and this has helped a lot by letting me move around more. Sound quality is better than the wired headset I was using before, and the noise canceling works well. People on the other end hear me clearly, and background noise doesn’t seem to come through, which is important when working from home. Battery life has been solid, and after about six months of regular use, I’ve had zero issues with connectivity or performance. For the price, this easily beats most other options I looked at. If you work from home and spend a lot of time on calls, I’d definitely recommend this headset. It’s comfortable, reliable, and makes the workday much more manageable

I’ve literally now had FOUR of these headsets since I started my hybrid wfh job in 2023. For context, I usually keep 1 at my office & 1 at my house. 3 of them BROKE just from me removing them off of my head & 1 of them I had to send back instantly because the audio crackled & made everything sound robotic despite any of the “fixes” provided to me to troubleshoot. They constantly disconnect from your computer so be prepared to have to re-pair them often & God forbid you’re idle for over 45 min because if you get a call FORGET about it coming to your headset. The amount of times I’ve had to unplug the dongle and plug it back in just to get it to work properly is toxic. The ONLY reason why I continued buying them was because it matched my desk set up perfectly & was convenient AT FIRST just to repurchase what I was already familiar with but this 3rd time confirmed it’s a brand issue not a user issue. My last set was my last straw since they broke not even 6 months apart. I implore you, SAVE YOUR MONEY PLEASE!!!!

Comfortable headset with solid audio but some quirks I’ve been using this JIAMQISHI wireless headset for a few weeks now, mostly for Zoom meetings and some light music listening, and it’s been a solid performer with a few caveats worth noting. On the plus side, the headset is lightweight and comfortable to wear for long stretches. The earcups sit nicely without creating pressure points, and the headband has enough adjustability to fit securely. Pairing was quick and reliable — both via Bluetooth and with the included USB dongle, which is handy for my work laptop that sometimes struggles with Bluetooth. I especially like that the mute button is easily accessible on the boom mic and actually gives you an audible tone so you know it’s engaged. The AI noise-cancelling mic works well for voice clarity — colleagues say I come through crisp and background noise is kept to a minimum, even with kids in the next room. Audio quality for calls is clear, and music playback is decent though not as full-bodied as you’d get with dedicated headphones. It’s more balanced toward voices than rich bass. A few things to be aware of: the earcups are on the smaller side, so if you have larger ears they may rest against rather than around them. The mic boom only rotates in one direction, which limits how you wear it. Battery life has been good for daily use (a few hours at a time), but you’ll need to recharge every couple of days with heavy use. Bottom line: A very good budget-friendly wireless headset for calls and meetings, with clear voice pickup and reliable connections. Just keep in mind the smaller earcups and directional mic boom when deciding if it’s the right fit for you.

Great device, i have been using it for 6 months and it has a 20-30 mt range. I use it everyday for Zoom meeting and sounds and they hear me clearly. Excellent quality and comfortable

I liked that the noise cancelling does actually block out most noise in an office., and on a plane and the quality speakers are excellent.

worked perfectly 1st day but on 2nd day stop working at all

I purchased the headset in June, 2025 and was working perfectly fine.. however after almost 6 months of using the noise cancellation stopped working and am unable to use now.. need someone from the support line to help in this
