Perfect replacement switch
Part appears to be identical to the old part both external and internal. It was an exact fit and has been functioning flawlessly for 10 or more loads now. Was easy to replace. Only tools I needed were a phillips screw driver to open console and a nut driver/socket for the ground connection screw. Great price.

Little flimsy plastic but it Worked with a little duct tape.
Fix the problem. But but stopped right away and the plastic thingy is as wiggling and would unseat itself. So my handyman used duct tape to fix that part. Otherwise I guess it would be a review of 5 stars.

The small white clip piece was short, the wire harness fits but won't clip to it.
The wire harness fits but won't clip to the lid switch, I had to use my old white cover lid switch to make it work. Maybe someone damaged it before and the seller didn't catch it.

Not a one to one replacement.
The plastic tab holding the switch into the washing machine is too thin and fails to hold the switch in place against the weight of the lid. The switch moves back far enough that it no longer works after opening my washing machine once.I was able to open the housings and use the new contacts in the old housing though. You might even be able to just open up your old switch and clean the contacts.
