I use it every day!
Between this and my Nespresso machine, I make the most delicious oatmilk lattes every day for a quarter of the calories in coffee shops! Sooo easy to use, I usually use the light froth button and it’s perfect. The pieces all connect and disconnect easily so I throw the cup and lid on my top shelf of my dishwasher and the whisk piece on a little tray my dishwasher came with. It looks brand new when it comes out. I also love the floral design, so pretty and retro feeling. I haven’t made hot chocolate, I’ve literally only put milk in it, but it does a perfect job every time.

Makes good foam with soy milk!
I read the reviews and was not expecting foam from nondairy milk. So, I was pleasantly surprised to find out that it actually does make great foam for soy milk using Silk at least (another brand did not foam well). it may be even too foamy for me on the lowest setting. I prefer the hot milk setting which produces a smoother, creamier foam as opposed to light, airy cappuccino type foam.Overall we are so pleased with this purchase. I purchase the extended warranty after reading reviews about longevity concerns.

Clearly dysfunctional. Only made for 2 uses. Want my money back!
It was whisper quiet and I was so happy with it. Now on third use it simply stopped working. No foaming, nothing. My review echoes similar 1 star reviews. I treated this frother with kid gloves and now am very irate.

I purchased this about two months ago for hot chocolate. It is very simple to use and heats up to different temps quickly. Works well hot chocolate but you do need to stir the mix to make it a cleaner mix. Could also be used for baby milk heating up Has multi uses that I haven’t explored them all yet. Enjoy
