I did extensive homework before purchasing the loocam. Shipping was fast and reliable. it took longer to run the wires for the cameras ,than to set it up. The Loo Cloud app for our phones took a few minutes to set up but it was not rocket science. You can go to the website for all the instructions or YouTube. Very well packed for shipping! All metal housing. Great bang for your buck! Thanks Loocam Team! Update on night vision: looks GREAT! Not quite 90' in total darkness but I'm happy with the over all purchase! This cctv system was very easy to install and set up. For the price this system is great. Have paid more for a system that had way less performance and hard drive storage. Great price for this system.

Be ready for an investment of time with this one. Pretty easy concept to install, just takes a long time. Also, dont count on the customer service they claim is great. I've called multiple times and left messages and never received a call back. Amazon also tried with no success. My cameras sence motion 90% of the time in the dark and they dont last long. Plan on replacing within 2 years. I'm on 18 months and 7 cameras have went out.

Had this professionally installed, set up and app installed on my phone. The app on my phone sees my device, but does not allow me to view any cameras from my phone. deleted device, uninstalled app, reset device, restarted install, reinstalled app on phone, same problem. No tech support number to call into, no manual to go to, online tools are utterly useless, so I didn't even bother to email because I figured they wouldn't be able to help either.

Arrived on time. Cameras work fine, but one of the cables is not working, so we could only install five of the cameras for now. The app for the iPhone and iPad does not work, we had to use Zosi view instead of the LooCloud app. App could be easier to use. I don't understand why you have to reselect cameras every time you want to view what's going on around your home. It should be simpler. I could not call anyone for help, had to keep emailing back and forth with customer service (although the guy I communicated with was rather helpful). Update to earlier review: I actually had an incident at my home. Trying to pinpoint the time and review the recording through the app on my iMac computer was near impossible! I had to connect the DVR to my tv screen to try and scroll through recorded footage. Even this proved to be ridiculously frustrating and difficult. The options to view footage are confusing and unclear, and there are no written instructions to follow. Had to have my son google information while trying to navigate through the menu and settings. I will be looking into a more user friendly product for my home. No equipment should be this frustrating and aggravating trying to retrieve images. Although the cameras are fine, I’m lowering my rating to 2 stars.

If you need a camera that give you great image day and knight, the loocam is the camera you might need. I love that I can get vídeo on my mobile automatically and also rewind if I want to.. thanks to the souport of Slina that gave me an excellent service while I was asking help for some technical souport.. thanks Slina you ve bee very helpful. I install commercial video networks as part of security at our company locations. This install was so easy the hardest part is running the cables. Every thing was plug and play. 🤗 the cost is minimal and in most cases way better picture than more expensive units.
