Everything perfect.I even had a problem that was my fault and the support was very fast and attentive.

I'm changing my review to 5 stars. I bought two of these bottles in Dec 2004 as Christmas gifts. I was very happy until one of them just stopped working. When you pressed the botton, it lit up for 10 seconds and then turned off. I was very dissapointed, and reached out to the company. I'm glad I did. Excellent and fast customer service. They apologized and replaced my water bottle in less than a week. All they asked for was a video showing the problem so they could use it for improvement purposes. Now, I'm a very satisfied customer.

Within a month the lid started leaking. This creates loss of hydrogen which is the purpose of the bottle.

So far I am very pleased with this bottle. It’s sturdy, attractive, and comes with 3 modes: 5 min, 10 min, and self-cleaning. I process the water and drink it immediately to receive the optimal H2 level. The 230 ml amount seems to be the perfect amount to guzzle down quickly. And the third-party test report online gives me confidence that I have a quality product. I first purchased an inexpensive bottle with only one mode and no third party testing results, and then I saw this Zynaflo, and I had to have it! I've been drinking the H2 water for 6 days now and already feel more energetic! I'll be giving the other bottle away.

I’ve purchased a few of these type cups and all were immediately sent back bc they barely put any hydrogen in the water and was nowhere close to being a therapeutic dose! This cup is amazing and it passed with flying colors! Most cups tested with hydrogen drops would turn blue after 4-6 drops. It took 47 drops on the ZYNAFLO! They knocked it out the park!

This works well. It creates a lot of hydrogen and is under slight pressure when you open it after the cycle. Follow the directions and you'll have a good experience. 10/10
