Well made, as good as one I used at Physical Therapy.
I recently had a total hip replacement ant the physical therapist used one of these to help in my recovery. I decided to get my own so I could do additional therapy at home. This one is excellent quality and easy to assemble.

Good buy
Great easy to at to get some exercise that is fun while you are working. I use this at my standing desk but I love that it’s easy and light weight to transport if I want to do it while watching tv or other things. Very easy to put together! It is slip resistant and is a great value for the cost

Sturdy, good quality, very reasonably-priced balance board but tilt not challenging enough for me
I purchased this after I used a rocker board at PT for recovery from a trimalleolar ankle fracture to regain balance and for stretching. The board I used at PT was much more expensive and based on positive reviews for this one, I decided to take the chance at a third of the price. Pros and why I gave it a 4 rating: this is an extremely cost effective, sturdy, well made board and I found it very easy to put together (electric screwdriver makes it even easier but you could do manually if needed). The issue for me (and why not a 5 rating) is that the pitch was not challenging enough for me personally - I'm 62 and athletic with a good balancing baseline prior to the injury. I quickly realized that I need a more challenging tilt even in recovery. So I ended up returning this one for a refund and bit the bullet to buy the Fitterfirst professional rocker board on Amazon that I used in PT - about $130 more than this one (ugh!). But if you are struggling a great deal with balance after an injury or consider yourself a beginner at balancing, this board would be a good, reasonably-priced choice. It also would be helpful if on the listing, the degree of tilt was provided vs. just the height (the Fitterfirst board does provide degree of tilt on their listing), as that is the key to know if you will be sufficiently challenged.

simple, harder to balance with yoiur eyes closed
It is ok--not too flimsy--certainly overpriced.

Cheap junk- broken after a single use.
Cheap junk. Broke on the first use. Not a weight issue…. I don’t weigh anywhere near 300lbs….the wood is fine. The felt on the rocker bars peeled off in one use, and the glue underneath stuck to my yoga mat and ripped it.The material where your hands/forearms go while using it is one step up from sand paper.Spending $150 on one of these things is ridiculous but going for this one (the cheapest on Amazon) was a mistake as well.
