I have POTS, and I NEED a good helping of electrolytes to simply function every day. My bank account was suffering as i struggled to find an affordable source, until I found this stuff. All I can say is wow. You get an incredible amount of product for so little cost. I bought this stuff the end of December, but I've still got a heavy container, and it's nearing the end of January. I was a bit skeptical about the small serving suggestion, given that I typically need more than the average person, but the one measured scoop that they provide you is plenty in pretty much any volume of water (past 40ml, it starts tasting diluted). I find that if I need more, it's towards the end of the day, as long as I've been consistently hydrating throughout the day. It never hurts to do a heftier scoop with the spoon provided on days when I'm feeling particularly drained. It keeps me going throughout the day. If you're terribly concerned about running out of steam though, maybe carry a pre-measured serving on you before leaving the house for long periods of time.As far as taste and smell goes, I think its one of the better tasting electrolyte supplements there is right now. I will say, it is very bitter and potent, so theres seriously no need to do more than a recommended serving at once. It smells how it tastes, and it tastes like a citrusy tropical punch. No complaints here.All in all, it's a fantastic choice if you're in need, and on a budget. I haven't been unusually fatigued or anything like that since switching to this product, so I give it a big thumbs up.

I appreciate how this powder provides the electrolytes that I need in hot summer days like today. The flavor is not my favorite but it tolerable. It is a good value for the money.

This tastes great and is a great value. Love that there's not a ton of wasteful packaging. I use this after I run outside in Texas heat and it gets me rehydrated quickly! Great after a night out too ;)

Very happy with this product. Like a lot of people I enjoy some flavor in my water and was using a lot of flavored packets with artificial ingredients. This is going to replaces those packets permanently. It’s very potent (one tiny scoop easily flavors a quart of water) and tastes natural. The vitamins and electrolytes are a bonus, I’d choose this over the stuff I was drinking even if it didn’t contain them. Highly recommended.

I bought this to help with dizziness of having POTS syndrome. I ran out of the 1st can and tried buying a different brand that was a little cheaper and was completely unsatisfied. I went back to this brand even though it cost a little more. Its the best quality you can get for the price and you get the most servings as well. But the best part is the taste. I love the punch one! Its helped keep me very hydrated and my body knows when I'm not drinking it because the dizziness comes back so I know this stuff works.

Finally I found a sugar free drink that tastes good so I can be healthy and stop buying garbage in the store. It mixes easy in a shaker bottle and it price is reasonable.

This is one of my go-to electrolyte powders! It mixes well, and the flavor is so great! I prefer the Fruit Punch flavor to the others, but they’re all good. The cost is great for the amount of servings and the ingredients are clean.
