I never get sick when I travel when I take these. I usually get sick everytime I fly but I’ve traveled a lot with these and feel great. The fact that no water is needed is so convenient too. Highly recommend!

These are fun and taste okay...If you are looking for an adult type of "pop rock" candy, this is reminiscent of that, but not quite. :) It is for health after all! They are still fun and easy to take. They are tangy and slightly sweet tasting...maybe a bit too sweet if you are not used to having sugar. I personally (am an adult) only take one packet or I find that the amount of B vitamins is a bit too much for me personally. gave these to my elderly mother and myself during the holiday when we had a household full of sickies. I do believe this helped to boost our immune systems. I will probably buy these in addition to the regular EMC drinks. I take the raspberry packets with me every time I travel and I swear by them for jet lag as well! Thanks for reading my review.

Love these ready-to-eat crystals. They taste great and are much easier on my stomach, whereas the packets you mix with water sometimes bother my stomach even when taken with food. I’m very happy to have found them, and they’re now a daily winter staple to help ward off colds.

These taste amazing and it's the first time my kid (13m) has wanted to take anything like this. I've got a cold and I'm trying to not give it to him as he has an upcoming medical procedure that would have to be postponed (again). I'll update that review if he makes it until then without getting sick. So far my illness hasn't progressed past a head cold (who knows if it ever would have). No fever or body aches. I didn't start taking these until I felt like I was getting sick, so now I'm going to add them to the daily routine through peak flu season.
