Extremely Comfortable Chair for Long Workdays
I’ve been using this chair daily for work, and it has made a noticeable difference in my comfort and posture. The mesh back is breathable, the cushioning is supportive, and the high back provides excellent neck and lumbar support. The built-in footrest is a great bonus and makes it easy to relax during breaks or longer sitting sessions. Assembly was simple, and the chair feels sturdy and well-made for the price. Overall, this is a fantastic ergonomic chair that delivers comfort, adjustability, and value all in one.

great chair comparable to higher end chair
This chair is honestly super comfortable and has excellent lumbar support. Assembly was straightforward and didn’t take long, and once it was put together it felt very solid and well built. There are no squeaks or weird noises when leaning back or shifting around, which I really appreciate. The wheels roll smoothly and quietly on my hardwood floors, though I might still swap them later. All the adjustments for the armrests, headrest, and backrest feel sturdy and actually stay where you set them. My sister owns a Herman Miller Aeron and I genuinely think this chair is just as comfortable, if not more so. The only minor drawback is the footrest. It has a firm edge that could feel uncomfortable behind you if you fully extend your legs. Personally, I usually rest my feet on it instead of extending them all the way, so it hasn’t been an issue for me but I am also 6 foot three. One other issue is there was a bit of scratching on the back of the seat, but I have reached out to customer service and they replied to me next day and already are sending a replacement back. Top-notch customer service and the quality of this chair feels premium.

Fantastic chair
It's probably a little early to make a proper assessment of this chair. I will say that it's easy to assemble and arrived quicker than anticipated. The chair is extremely comfortable if you're worried about the lumbar being in a fixed position it's really not that big a deal because you can raise and lower the back part of it which solves the problem for me. The chair seems really sturdy. It is a nicely designed chair. Ease of assembly and sturdiness are beyond my expectation. The comfort is as well. I came from sitting in another great mesh chair that I ordered from Amazon back in 2021 and this one is by far more comfortable. Maybe because it's new and the other one I sat in for 4 years. However it made a world of difference in the comfort Department.

Veryyyy comfy chair but needs a shorter gas cylinder
*I’m 5’8 155lb* PROS: This is a very comfy chair with excellent lumbar support. It was fairly easy to assemble and feels very sturdy. No squeak's when leaning back or moving around in the chair. The chair wheels roll fine and are quiet on my hardwood floors but still might swap them. The adjustments for armrest, headrest, and backrest are solid and stay put. My sister has a Herman Miller aeron and I swear this is better if not more comfy. CONS-ish: The footrest has a hard edge that might make it uncomfortable behind your shin when fully extending your legs but I usually prop my feet on it instead of extending them so it’s fine. The ONLY downside has to be chair height. When fully lowered, my feet are flat on the floor but I wish it could go lower cause the padding on the front edge of the seat digs into my lower thigh. Also when I lean back and begin to recline w/o the footrest, my feet are about 1-2 inches off the ground and I can only fully recline when pushing on my tip toes. A shorter gas cylinder might do the trick or maybe shorter wheels but they’re already ~2 inch wheels and I’m not sure what replacement cylinder would fit and not void the warranty. *Will update to 5⭐️ if I find a replacement cylinder Overall, this chair is a keeper and I’m glad I bought it 👍🏽👍🏽

Okay chair, great customer service
This review has been updated after my customer service experience with Colamy. I was not prompted to update my review, but I felt compelled to when David from their customer service team reached out and offered to send me a new chair since my original one did not ship with instructions and I felt the arm rests were flimsy. When I explained I could not send the original back because I already chucked the box and am very busy, he said they'd just send me a new one anyway. Love to see customer service like that. I left him unread in my inbox for weeks too and he still got back to me in under 24hours. I also want to note that my girlfriend thinks the chair is very comfortable and she suffers from traumatic back injuries that make it difficult for her to sit in just about any computer chair for long periods of time. Somehow the lumbar support is just right for her. She does use a purple mattress pad for every chair she sits in and is approximately 5'8". Your mileage will vary, finding the right chair is more about your individual body type and habits, there is no one-size fits all. I've come to enjoy sitting in it more over time as well--or at least I can say that I find myself with better habits and I'm mildly less sore after long work sessions than in my old chair--so I'm really happy she and I don't need to share it anymore. I still find that the roll-off area of the mesh feels a little less soft than I'd like, but I don't find it exhausting when I'm sitting for a long time. I'm a 6' 200lb guy with a longer torso. I'm updating this review based on the assumption that the next chair they ship will be at least as good as the first. My original review is below and I haven't changed my opinion on each individual point. That said, it's decent enough that I likely won't replace it until I'm ready to spend between $500-$1000, so given the price of this chair and the customer service I think it deserves 5 Stars. Not the best, but it punches above it's price class. *ORIGINAL REVIEW* Didn't ship with instructions, mesh bottom isn't quite taught enough to make your legs feel comfortable in a normal seating position, the head rest is comfy and doesn't get in the way, and foot rest would be great if it was just a little longer and more padded. That other person who said the armrests feel cheap was dead on. Might remove em. They are well padded, but they feel like they came out of an American car in the 90s.

INCREDIBLE VALUE - a lot of chair for $230
I tend only to review products I like... and this is no exception - a well deserved 5 stars! just to be clear - I paid about $230 for this chair - im an authentic customer who needed a new office chair after my last one finally kicked the bucket. This chair is easy to assemble. I really appreciate the instructions - they were very clear, and it came with tools to use which was very convenient. When I opened the box the first thing I noticed was the quality of the pieces - this chair is built with solid components - the piston and the 5-leg "star" were made of metal which was really nice. The supportive mesh seat and multi-paneled back and head rest are SO nice and breath well. Also they ARE supportive and can be adjusted up and down which is nice. I LOVE the leg rest - im so pleasantly surprised at how nice it is to tilt back with my legs up - its great for a little cat-nap . The armrests are nice and easy to adjust. If i HAD to be critical - its that the chair comes with the same basic plastic casters that all office chairs come with - so I pulled off the upgraded casters that I had put on my last chair and voila, this chair glides effortlessly and silently around my office. This chair is everything and more that you would reasonably want in an office chair in its price range. Its a safe buy - you wont regret it.

Soooo close.
This is almost the perfect chair. I'm 6'5/260 and this chair is perfect for my size. Build quality is outstanding. Mesh is softer and not the scratchy kind that pulls your shirt up. Assembly is easy - 6 arm screws, 3 back screws, 2 headrest screws, took less than 15 minutes. There is one arm screw directly beneath the movement arm, but they include a separate allen key to reach it. Arms have good movement that stay in place, and the up/down movable back is a great feature I think we'll start to see a lot more of in the future. The footrest is probably okay for shorter people, but it was pretty useless for me. My calves rested on the end of it making it uncomfortable, but honestly I wouldn't use it anyway. The only reason for 3 stars and why I'm returning - The photo shows "100-130 degree Recline and Lock" and that's literally what it is. You get one lock at 100 degrees and one lock at 130 degrees. Nothing in-between. There is a tension screw, but it made very little difference, not like the other chairs with the large knob. With little tension, it's either fully upright or fully laid back so it feels like I'm doing a constant sit-up. One more lock setting somewhere in-between or a stronger tension spring and this would be one of the best values I've ever found. This chair is still better than any of the $500+ chairs I tried out in person at office depot, just not quite working out for me though.
