I have been taking these Appitite Control probiotics for about 2 weeks now and I have lost 3.5 lbs. I haven't changed what I eat but I feel full on less food. I like that you only have to take one a day and they are not to big so easy to swallow. I was taking a different brand previously and it was working too but the price was more for fewer pills. These pills contain the crucial ingredients to be effective. 1. Akkermansia muciniphila 2. Clostridium butyricum 3. Bifidobacterium infantis. Also these contain a PRE-Biotic, chicory inulin to give these probiotics something to eat so they can multiply in your gut. This is a high quality product. It works and it is very well priced compared to many others. There is no taste or smell to these capsules and as I said I take one a day. I noticed about 2-3 days after I started to take them regularly (without forgetting) that I was not craving sweets as much as I normally do but even if I did have something like ice cream or cookies I didn't NEED to go back for a second bowl or have a third or fourth cookie! I was OKAY with Stopping after ONE serving, instead of eating until I made myself feel bloated. This has helped me in more ways than just losing weight. It has given me my dignity back. I truly recommend this product.

This supplement seems like a good option for a probiotic. I believe it curbs my appetite a bit--I now realize when I'm satisfied and I really don't want to eat anything else. I'm pretty sure I'm eating less. And probiotics are always good!

Been taking this now for a couple of months. I don’t know if it’s the fact that I’m doing WW again or that I’ve reduced another medication that I think enhanced my appetite, or this supplement. But there seems to be something to it. I have taken a GLP-1 before and these don’t seem to have the same side effects. But I do go stretches during the day without thinking or worrying about food and not being hungry. Just purchased a second bottle, so I will try and update again soon.

This combination of Akkermansia, Clostridium, and Bifidobacterium works for me as far as helping me with gut health (way lower hunger-cravings, less bloating and better time in the bathroom - if you know what I mean). I've been overweight for a long time with a bad on-the-go eating habits, so while I'm improving my eating habits - this helps me hold back on cravings and re-populating good bacteria with a good fiber (chicory inulin).I knew this combo worked for me, but I was taking a MUCH more expensive brand - had to go search for a more cost efficient way to keep re-populating my gut with these pro/pre-biotics.....this works just as good for me and WAY better price. Yeah - I'm staying on this one!

Seemed to work okay when I first started taking it as far as appetite suppression, but within a couple of weeks it was no longer doing anything for me.

I’ve been taking these for 1 month now and I’m really impressed with the results. These might seem a bit costly @ first glance but you’re getting a 3 month supply and they work! The first couple of weeks I experienced some very mild bowel changes that are normal as new bacteria was introduced to my system. Within the month, my cravings for sweets (which are bad and have been a life long struggle ) were almost nonexistent. In other words, if sweets aren’t available, I no longer rush out and buy them. This has allowed me to make much better choices and 10lbs are gone. I know 10lbs sounds like a lot but this isn’t a miracle weight loss product; it’s a healthy way to curb carb cravings which, with regular exercise and sensible eating, will lead to weight loss. Highly recommend them!

I did not notice anything different taking these and sure didn’t lose any weight. Don’t recommend.

Mixes so nicely with water. I add in a flavor packet and I don’t even notice it.
