I have been taking these for about a month now and absolutely love them, since having my son 3 years ago this is the most normal I have felt. It has helped my appetite, reduced the food noise, helped with bloating, and has even helped clear my hormonal acne that I have been struggling with for 2 years now. I will say the first couple of days you will have diarrhea so learn from me and DO NOT trust your farts 😅. Overall I have felt so much better since taking these and I cant be happier about it

I don’t want to eat, but now I’m bored. The pill is easy to take, there is no taste or any kind of pain. Not sure yet on the weight loss. I just started… but there’s a sandwich I love and easily eat the whole thing and maybe something on the side. Can only have half. No extra cravings. That feels good, I will have to stay busy without all the time and energy devoted to food thoughts and drama. Sometimes I am still hungry or want to eat more, but I just can’t. I think this is better than the medicines — no side effects! Those side effects were awful.

I have tried several different probiotics. I can’t tell the difference in anyone of their effectiveness. But since they are supposed to be good for digestion then I have been taking one per day. And a 90 day supply means that it is affordable.

My husband does think this helps with digestion and weight loss- I am not noticing anything.

While I find this ro be a good probiotic, it had no craving reduction, or weight control or loss.

I have been taking these Appitite Control probiotics for about 2 weeks now and I have lost 3.5 lbs. I haven't changed what I eat but I feel full on less food. I like that you only have to take one a day and they are not to big so easy to swallow. I was taking a different brand previously and it was working too but the price was more for fewer pills. These pills contain the crucial ingredients to be effective. 1. Akkermansia muciniphila 2. Clostridium butyricum 3. Bifidobacterium infantis. Also these contain a PRE-Biotic, chicory inulin to give these probiotics something to eat so they can multiply in your gut. This is a high quality product. It works and it is very well priced compared to many others. There is no taste or smell to these capsules and as I said I take one a day. I noticed about 2-3 days after I started to take them regularly (without forgetting) that I was not craving sweets as much as I normally do but even if I did have something like ice cream or cookies I didn't NEED to go back for a second bowl or have a third or fourth cookie! I was OKAY with Stopping after ONE serving, instead of eating until I made myself feel bloated. This has helped me in more ways than just losing weight. It has given me my dignity back. I truly recommend this product.

I used this for several months. I will say as for gut health, it was great. I didn't see much of a difference for appetite control like some others have. It was easy to swallow and didn't have any after taste.

I'm writing this as I laugh. I've found this product to be highly overrated and the description to be greatly exaggerated. I've had absolutely zero difference thus far in my life using this product. I feel it has jumped on the latest weight-loss bandwagon to trick folks into a false sense of an affordable solution. This is NOT a viable option. In the end, you get what you pay for. I can't afford actual GLP-1s due to cost & my insurance won't cover it. I truly hoped this would be an alternative for the price point. I was terribly mistaken. It is not returnable. Please seek weight loss help elsewhere. It is highly likely this product will not work for you either.
