As expected from a Made in China product the item looks good but is not sturdy. The face trimmer head doesn't attach easily. Works slowly removed hair well after several attempts. It cuts hair so is painless. Helps to shape eyebrows quickly so saves on parlour visits. How soon will the hair grow back remains to be seen. The machine works long but the trimmer heads heats up pretty quickly. How long will the machine last remains to be seen
