Does not fit, Not even close to fitting any of the models they have listed
Between the 27 trucks we have NPRs, NPR HDs, NRRs, W3500s, W4500s, and all the years models 2007-24. This mirror did not fit the 2019 NPR it was ordered for. The slot where the mirror post clamps to the mirror housing is way too small. I even tried to remove the glass from this housing to replace the broken glass in the OEM housing and it was too small for that too. Unfortunately my attempts to make this work damaged it so it can't returned.Amazons review star rating system is rigged, shows 46% 5 stars but cant find a single 5 or 4 star review.

does not fit 2017 Isuzu NPR
The bracket that goes around the bar is very tiny. Maybe it would fit a 1/2" diameter bar, but does not fit the 1" bar on our truck

Trash. Does not fit.
The rear of the mirror itself is too narrow to fit on the pole that supports it. The bracket only adds to the issue.
