Already got a couple of these, they are great filters, keeps algea away, powerful enough but not too powerful, they are not too noisey if you know how to set it up, unfortunatly had to return this one as it was delivered with a broken uv bulb

I need help with this. I clean the filter regularly and it’s just not doing much at all. Hardly any bubbles. This is the second one that was sent to me as the first was damaged. Please help!How do you clean the whole filter?

This pump is what it is. It’s a cheap filter for a small tank. The noise is loud and the flow of the waterfall feature may as well be non existent as the minimum water level needed to run the pump does not allow for a good distance between the water surface and the pump so the waterfall feature is swallowed up. I turned the waterfall around and it just sounded like a dripping toilet and was noisy the noise was lessened when the waterfall feature wasn’t in use but it was still loud. I am unaware of where the uv filter part was as I took this apart to find it after I had taken the pump out for the noise complaint I was curious as it shows a blue light and an obvious mention of uv. I never did find it so I am unsure wether they gave me the wrong one or they don’t actually include it in the pump either way for the price it was ok but that’s all I can say.

The media could not be loaded. Filter came perfectly packaged aerates the water perfect with both nozzles fitted and tried but I stuck with the waterfall nozzle for aeration and a added current my budget tankValue for money 10/10Ease of cleaning 10/10Ease of application 10/10Functionality 10/10

Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommended this product as it’s extremely noisy and vibrates the fish tank. We also found that the UV light heated the water (this went too high for the fish).The waterfall feature was nice and the fish seemed to like the bubbles. But due to the above reasons, we have now brought an alternative filter for our quarantine tank

Easy to use and clean

The photos show the filter turned on, as you can see there is no filteration going on. You can also see there is no UV light. Unfortunately I didn't use right away and they will not return. The packaging and advert both described this item and "UV filteration".
