This monitor works well enough, but I was a bit frustrated to find that the camera part must be connected to a power source to work. All of the pictures show it without a power cord, so I thought it might be battery operated like the monitor part, but that is not the case. I wanted to use it in the stroller, but I have to connect it to a battery pack to use it. It makes it a bit more difficult to use that way.

I love that this camera doesn’t connect to WiFi, just like the old school baby monitors, but does include video monitoring, whereas the old baby monitors only monitored sound. Our WiFi loses connection constantly, which renders most of our cameras useless until they reboot back online. Love having this one working perfectly only being dependent on electricity.

The monitor has decent picture and clear sound. It's cool wifi isn't necessary. Connects well and seems to have a pretty far range. Night vision is good. You can't move the camera from the monitor. There is also NOT two way audio even though it appears like there would be. Id say it's simple video baby monitor for a good price.

This was one of the few non-negotiables & it does NOT have remote-pan. Very frustrating because I needed this tonight.

Position the camera manually, and then sound or motion activates the monitor on your end. You have camera capabilities. (You can't talk or move the camera remotely.) Then when sound and motion ends, your monitor goes back to sleep until the next sound/motion activates it.The monitor doesn't use wifi, so is is safe from hacking. However, this also means that you can only view the camera when you are within range of the monitor (in your yard or house).The camera end must plug into an electrical outlet. It is fixed, and you can't rotate it remotely. You can use digital zoom.This is a good, basic baby monitor. You can also use it to monitor things like 3D printers.

very easy to setup, good build quality. I was up in running in 5 minutes. Good clear pictures. The microphone works a little too well. I was not able to find a mute function. The mic would pickup sounds from the adjacent rooms making it difficult to work from home. On the flip side when it comes to our kids we do want to hear everything thats happening from the dog trying to jump into the crib to the cat knocking over the camera :). A nice inexpensive closed looped system. Worth it.

This is a very simple baby monitor. It does not have a pan feature, but you can zoom in. You can also increase volume on the monitor itself. There is a timer and energy saving mode. Simple and all I really needed for my purposes. Picture and sound are clear,
