Good adapter
I bought this for my rog ally rog-chan and this thing does everything I needed. I ordered a 1tb microsd to find out that it didn't work on rog-chan so I order a different adapter for it to work but heat up so much so I went looking and found this. It is nearly 100% perfect for what I needed. Only small issues but that's fine like the wire needs to be a little longer since I taped it to rog-chan directly and then not to mention the adapter does stop reading for a bit when I do unplug the charger for her. Besides that and one other things this is like a perfect adapter.

Excellent customer service
After a faulty product was initially delivered, customer service worked quickly to replace the card reader. The replacement works great. And the customer service rep followed up regularly and thoroughly.

exactly what I needed
Was exactly what I needed. It is plug and play, but did take a moment for my computer to recognize, Works so much faster than trying to move pictures directly from my camera. Excellent choice.

I can’t even figure out how to use it. I purchased it so that every time I did a video I could upload it to this little gadget to my computer. I am totally clueless. I don’t know what I’m doing and so irritated because I have every language known demand and can’t figure out the English.
