The gate is well made can highly recommend

Good simple gate latch - I have not fitted the draw string opener but it’s effective without on a waste high gate, I bought longer screws (m4 x40)

Fairly easy to install. No instruction manual so had to rely on the photos from the Amazon page. One recommendation is to make the spring stronger/stiffer as I had a lot of friction from the cable rubbing the through hole on the post so the weak spring is not able to overcome that.

Good while working, lasted just over a year before the cable became corroded and thus leading to the cable snapping and spring disappearing, need another one now.

For my scenario, this was perfect, it allows for movement in the gate too, without having to readjust, and the cable through to the other side is brilliant.
