Excellent quality audio for all video conference needs and handles music well also. I only wish they would have built the mic piece to flip 180° in either direction for more flexibility, but otherwise it's excellent.

Great build quality, great sound, and a comfortable and adjustable head mount. Our company uses the Jabra head phones and the wireless units are far too tight on my head, I had to return it for the wired one. This Yealink is much better value.
