First time parents will find the contents helpful and useful
It came exactly as pictured and had many tips and photos of a variety of helpful tips, statistics, etc. I think it would be a good yet cheap way for new moms to help prepare them and start them on their new journey to parenthood.

An Essential Guide for New Parents
I had read "What to Expect the First Year" and I must say that it is an exceptional resource for new parents. As a first-time parent myself, I was overwhelmed with the myriad of questions and concerns that came with the arrival of my little one. This book has been an invaluable companion throughout the first year of my child's life, and I cannot recommend it highly enough.First and foremost, the book is incredibly comprehensive. It covers every topic imaginable, from newborn care and feeding to sleep schedules, developmental milestones, and even dealing with common health issues. The authors leave no stone unturned, providing detailed and practical advice on virtually every aspect of baby care. No matter what challenges I encountered, I found relevant and reliable information within its pages.

Baby Bible!
This book has been my lifesaver this first year of my little one’s life! It describes EXACTLY what he goes through and helps me with ways to be the best mom for him. As a first time mom, When I have questions about if something is normal or not, you best believe this book has it laid out right there in plain sight!! I ended up giving this a gift to all of the first time moms giving birth this past year so they could have this guidance like I did!

Helpful while being so understanding
This book was exactly what I was looking for. Gave really easy to understand standards, but was also very good at making you feel okay with wherever your kid is at. Definitely would recommend to all new parents!

This book can be your go-to source and that's why I would recommend it.
What is frustrating about baby advice is that there is so much of it out there. Between your coworkers, friends, family, and the Internet, everyone has "expert" advice for you. Clearly, there is a need to have a go-to source for questions and information, short of calling a pediatrician all the time. This book can be your go-to source and that's why I would recommend it.The good news is that there is a wide variety of subjects covered, helpful descriptions, and important facts. We consistently refer to this book in an attempt to distill good advice from bad advice. And, anybody who has been stuck in the Internet vortex of baby advice knows the feeling I'm talking about. And, this book is definitely more helpful and comprehensive than the vortex. However, this book is also frustrating to me. First, I find that the book suffers from some organizational issues. It's relatively minor since you can use the index to hone in on what you're looking for. Still, I find myself hunting around for information and never having a great idea where I'll find the relevant information. Second, I have been frustrated with some parts that I have found too anecdotal or, in my mind, contradictory. I realize this is probably the result of babies, by their nature, being confusing and not fully understood.Overall, I recommend this book.

Good reference material
More of an encyclopedia of tips and tricks as your baby grows older. Not all babies follows everything that happens in the book. But it’s a great reference to go back to as your child gets older.
