Blue Diamond NutThins Cracker Snacks, Pecan, Boxes, 4.25 oz

I don't follow a gluten free diet, but I came across these when I was trying to find a cracker that didn't taste to heavy. I'm so glad I picked up a box when shopping once because they're delicious and I've now turned my whole family onto them. The pecan taste is really great, they're perfectly salted and the texture is super satisfying. I love them with cheese - especially a cranberry cheddar I picked up at Aldi. This deal for 6 boxes was a great deal (at the time - we all know Amazon prices can fluctuate madly) and I like that I could stock up easily on what has become a house favorite.

I found these Nut-Thins through Surfing Amazon. They are great for my diabetes, I can eat them in place of white flour crackers. I love the nut taste. In addition to my former review, I would like to add that the flavor is mild enough to eat these crackers with any soups including chili. They are great with different flavored cream cheeses,or regular block style cheeses like Longhorn Colby, Cheddars etc. They are good with peanut butter. I could go on and on about these crackers including the Hazelnut flavor and the Almond flavor but I will stop here. They are healthy for you, no wheat or gluten,and not fattening. Amazon will ship them right to your door. Do to a surgery and arthritis, I don't get around very well. I like them shipped to me.

My daughter turned me onto these little pieces of heaven and I simply cannot stop eating them. They taste so good and satisfy my need for popcorn and nuts. Has just the right amount of salt, crunch and taste. They don't need anything to eat on them, no dips, no cheese or anything. Best snack ever tried plus they are good for you. Sent some to my mom and ordered a big order for myself. When you just get out of the hospital after surgery, these are great within your restrictive diet and the doctor will not say you can't eat them with side effects.

Since I started my search for healthy foods for hypothyroid. Love almonds but can't eat them, so I was ecstatic to find these pecan thins. They are nothing but pecans and rice and a little potato with safflower oil, no poison soy or canola. It's impossible to find any packaged food in a grocery that's not full of soy and/or canola, I've been doing without crackers of any kind for 6 months. These are light and thin and crispy and a delight to eat, with a very mild flavor and not much salt. Absolutely perfect in every regard. Almost a dollar a box cheaper than the local health food store, so I ordered a case and won't have to worry about running out for a good while :o)

Wow are these ever good! The first time I tried them I was on holiday in Staunton, Virginia, and picked them up in a health food shop. I was hoping I could get them on Amazon, and there they were. The crackers are super-thin and very nutty. They go great with hummus, veggie cream cheese, dips, and other toppings. They were WAY cheaper on Amazon than in the health food store!

These are tasty, last in a hot car for a later snack, and perfect for those with gluten allergy. I take a bag of these with me when ever I leave the house, along with a drink. I like these pecan crackers better than the almond variety, too.

We order a case at a time because we can’t find them at local stores. Just yummy! Anything without white flour is my new best friend in carb world. These are just delicious.
