This is the best mop system I have used or come across and I’ve tried quite a few over the years. Compact, efficient and cleans well. Can be kept around for use through the day discreetly until the liquid needs to be changed

.. hardly used for five six.. days' or so...when the Mop. Microfiber.. separated.. itself from the rod it was. Attached to.... Return Window has Closed for the said Item. AndSporry...The Item Mentioned..can Not be Replaced.so say...The Vendors. NOW. seeking Help. And Warning. GENERAL PUBLIC!!!

The quality is not like earliers. The price is increased whereas the quality is decreased

Very nice product, light weight and easy to use.As it has wash and dry compartments in the bucket it's easy to clean the mop.We can mop without bending and it reaches all corners due to the 360 degree rotation.After few uses when I removed the mop cloth to wash and placed it again,I am unable to put it in the bucket thru the lid.now I am manually bending to wet and dry the mop for cleaning.Requesting scotch brite to help solve the problem

The first 2-3 times I used it I was delighted. It's light in weight cleans tiles really well and I did not need to bend to clean the mop between useHowever the lid on the bucket is not very firm. I found out in a few uses. The handle keeps coming off which is ok but the the lid slides up and about when rinsing the mop and I end up having to hold the lid with one hand while rinsing which defeats the whole purpose of hands free. I have to bend to hold the lid down. That's why I cannot give it 5 stars. But the mop is excellent and cleans really well.If you are ok with bending to hold the lid in place then go ahead and buy. But if you cannot bend easily please pass.
