Stays frozen. Takes up minimal space.

Zipper broke, hard to open & close..

This is rather small and will get smaller, once you actually put it in the water and it freezes up. It’s big enough for a couple of 2 Liter sodas, some water bottles, maybe some sandwiches and fruit.It’s easy to clean, which is a plus, and reusable.The claim about 12 hours… I don’t think so. Without being in a cooler, and on a 100 degree day, it lasted about 3-4 hours. If I added extra ice inside, it seemed to last a bit longer. I put it in my insulated backpack (with nothing inside because my backpack isn’t that big), and it lasted closer to 12 hours. I don’t have a cooler, yet, so it might actually last up to 24 hours inside of one. I mostly got this for shopping trips when we might want to get some cold/frozen items, but want to go to multiple stores or stores farther away, so it works for what I need.

This product works great to keep drinks cold in my cooler. No excessive water to deal with like regular ice. I highly recommend.

Super easy to activate, soak, freeze, then keep in the freezer for a family day out to the zoo or in case of emergency power outage. We took this on a day out to the zoo (7am-5pm including driving) and it was still plenty frozen after we got home. I slipped this inside another soft shell cooler while it was 90F degrees out in direct sunlight and it lasted all day keeping our food and drinks cold and was still frozen when we got home. Very impressed! I wish I had the patience to know how long it would really last but I'm sure it's a very long time if 6 hours in direct hot sun didn't melt it completely.

The MR.ICE Cooler Bag, Used with Insulated Portable Cooler is a cooler on it own merit. I wouldn't use it like that unless you are going to the beach. Given the cooler will sweat in hot weathers. When you have it inside another cooler, it's like having two different temperatures at once. Whatever is inside the cooler bag will stay mostly frozen and whatever outside the bag will stay cold. It feels like a win win to me.

The concept was promising but I have tried using this twice now for our boat days and it doesn’t stay cold long at all. Maybe two hours max. All you have to do is submerge it in water and then place it in the freezer. It however is a nice color and is made really well. It came packaged nicely and is easy to carry around. It doesn’t take up much room in the freezer either which is a huge plus.
