hello before you continue reading this review it is necessary that you know that I am not an expert in headphones much less an expert in sound, I am simply an average user well I will start with the shipping of this product wow I was surprised how fast the delivery was I bought them around 12pm and they arrived around 6pm that same day wow incredibly fast well now let's move on to the headphones I will start with the case I ordered the gray color I would have preferred the white ones but they were not available at that time but to my surprise the gray color looks great, very nice it looks more formal so to speak so the case is good it is not that small but it is still comfortable to carry it in your pocket without problems now let's move on to the headphones in terms of comfort I have read many opinions and more than 80% are bad they all say that they do not fit well in the ear let me tell you that most of them are wrong let me explain when you insert them in your ear at first you feel that they do not fit well but the trick is to play with them turning them from right to left and from bottom to top until find the correct position for your ear you understand what I'm telling you believe me you will only do it once and it won't take you a minute to find the correct position for your ear and believe me after you find it you realize how really comfortable they are they don't fall unless you do some extreme exercise but tell me your Samsung said they were sports headphones? I don't think so or correct me if it is. I use them to go on public transport, to go to the supermarket, to walk to work, to listen to music at home while I do something, I use them to listen to a podcast before going to sleep, that is, I use them like a normal person would and they have never fallen out or felt the sensation of them coming loose, believe me, they are comfortable and they don't fall out. Finally, the sound is wow, the sound is very good, good bass, I love bass, if you don't like the bass to be so loud you can configure it in the application, well, as I said, I am a normal user and I really enjoy these headphones, obviously there are many more things you can do with them, voice commands, noise cancellation, real-time translation, but all of that can be found on YouTube explained by people who are dedicated to that, that's all I can say, these are excellent headphones, thank you Samsung and thank you Amazon

Sound quality is awesome, controls are also awesome. Earbuds kept falling out of my ears, but then I purchased ear bud covers and now I no longer have any issues with these ear buds falling out of my ears. I totally forgot I had these ear buds on all day until I got the battery low warning. I find these WAY less tiring on my ears than the PRO version. Great purchase!!! 👍🏼🍻

Bought these because I loved my Buds Live for the passive sound and lack of a tip plugged into my ear. These buds are horrible. On their own they don't fit, constantly rotate out of place and fall out. I had one fall out while cleaning the window in my 5th floor apartment and was lucky enough if landed on the ledge outside. Since then I can't wear them without a grip, they just don't work without. In terms of grips, there's basically nothing available that works. At the time I got these when they first released and no accessories existed. I found out quickly that AirPods 3 accessories are a very close match. The ear hook style fits the best but doesn't fit in the charging case, both because the extra padding causes the buds to not reach the charging contacts, and because the hook part doesn't allow the case to close. Thinner grip solutions are fine, but don't grip to the actual buds, so 20 minutes into wearing them they start to slide around and need to be cleaned every time. The only solution I've found which is such a shame, was to use the ear hook style, cut the hook off, use an Exacto knife to expose the sensors on the buds, and use a Dremel tool to shave down the case so the extra padding from the grips can fit and still allow the buds to charge. These buds are an absolute mess and a waste of money. Every time I go to use them I feel disappointed in ever trusting Samsung for making such a terrible product. You might be the lucky 1% that these fit well for, otherwise find something better.

I bought the Samsung Galaxy Buds 3, and they honestly exceeded my expectations. The sound is super clear, with strong bass and crisp highs. The noise cancellation works great — you can really tell the difference even in noisy places. They’re very comfortable and fit perfectly in the ear without falling out, even during workouts. The battery lasts a long time, and the case charges quickly. Plus, pairing with my Samsung phone was instant. Definitely an excellent purchase — totally worth it for the sound quality and comfort they deliver.

The sound & noise cancelation was fabulous in my opinion... For as long as you can keep them in. These will not stay in the right place in my ear for long at all, eventually falling out altogether. I tried everything over the 4 days I had them. That in itself makes these not worth the cost. Additionally there were a couple too many glitches with switching between devices, & at one point the volume on them suddenly became very low & I had to reset. I get it's a brand new device so I would've given them longer if it was only a technical issue, but with the fit, I ended up returning. Very disappointed as I would prefer to keep all my devices in the same family, and my live pair needs to retire. I have to mention, however, that I have a problem with fit with most earbuds in general. I can't even use the rubber tips at all no matter how much I tug & shove, so the pro model isn't an option for me. I'm not an expert to speak on if it was necessary to shape them the way they did, but I feel like if they weren't such an awkward shape, they'd have a more universal fit. Full sad girl about this

So let me preface by saying I purchased this as I recently switched from an iPhone to an S24 Ultra, prior to these I was using the AirPods Gen 3s. The AirPod Gen 3s were great, and fit my ears perfectly. I much prefer this style of headphone compared to the Buds Pro or AirPods Pro as I do not like the squishy parts that going in my ear, I find them uncomfortable. These sound amazing, and the noise cancellation is really good. They connect easily and quickly once I take them out and put them in my ears. My only complaint is that these do not quite fit in my ear 100% right in comparison to the AirPods Gen 3s. They don't fall out but always feel like I have to readjust them slightly. I think they may just be slightly too big. Again, the Gen 3 AirPods fit my ears perfectly so if you are buying these and to replace your AirPods just know if they AirPods fit your ear perfectly you may have the same problem as I do. All that being said, I use this when I'm stationary mostly and don't exercise with them so I don't worry about them falling out generally, if I did run with these in I would probably have to buy one of those over the ear rubber pieces to keep them secured. Overall great headphones that sounds awesome and have great noise cancellation, just slightly too big for my ear so not the perfect fit.

These earbuds were very uncomfortable for me, they hurt to put in my ears. They move around even when I'm sitting still and adjusting them is a reminder of how uncomfortable they are in my ears. These earbuds are too hard its like having a large rock lodged in your ear. Also the active noise cancelling is not very good compared to competitors, but that might be because the earbuds don't fit well in my ears. The sound quality was actually pretty good even without fitting well in my ears. I wanted to support Samsung since I like their phones but this product is not meant for me.

I agree with the reviews, the fit is not great feeling, like it's not snug. That being said, these have never fallen out of my ear, and to my amazement when noise cancelling is on, they make it amazingly silent. These electronically work to filter sound, and I think the tech works fantastic. The sound is really good. Pairing was not an issue, and with a bit of researching, I was running the same software to run them on my PC as on my phone. That being said, I'm returning them within 30 days because I found the pro's cheaper at Samsung. I'm expecting those to be even better, with everything, considering they have ear buds. I'm an adult male, and they barely work for me. Yes, I could have definitely lived with them, but they do feel just a bit too big in your ear.
