Very quiet, runs smoothly. Easy to install to any drain located lower than the dehumidifier. I drained my dehumidifier to the sewer line, works perfectly. Like the lighted panel, you can actually see what buttons you are pressing. Had about a month, works perfectly; my electric bill hardly increased at all. Had a very humid July and August, it keeps my entire cellar very dry. Also, the noise level is exactly as stated; you hardly know it in on.

This dehumidifier was to replace a different make and model whose control panel failed and locked up. The Aeocky unit was rated #1 on some sites. It arrived in pristine condition. Corrugated packaging was better than any previous dehumidfier I have purchased: excellent packing for overseas shipment. The control panel is top-mounted. All lighting and touch-switches worked perfectly. I selected a target humidity of 50% to start for a 2700 sq ft unfinished basement with a partial gravel-covered crawl space (no bare dirt), concrete walls and floor. It started perfectly and has performed as expected. I use the included drain hose directed to a sump in a corner. The whole unit is so quiet on low speed you cannot hear it upstairs. After 1 day running, the ambient air was drier, cleaner, and more comfortable. We store books in the basement so low humidity is key. The three-year warranty was key for me as the last two units (Emerson 75 pint and GE 35 pint) both stopped running within one year of placement. So far, I am pleased with the Aeocky unit.

It does everything it is marketed to do. It's so efficient and effective and honestly not very loud on any setting although it's more noticeable like a desk fan on the highest setting. It's so easy to use and really easy to dump out the tank. I noticed a significant decrease in humidity the same day I started using it. Humidity Came way down on all my thermostat and you could feel it in the air quality. Came in perfect condition and perfect packaging. 3 year warranty included and the sales team is really quick to reach out to make sure everything is going well or if you need help with anything. Honestly a steal for the price. No reason to buy any other dehumidifier.

This unit worked amazingly after hurricane Helene when I couldn't get anyone out to pull out the wet sheetrock and insulation. It was very easy to use and came with a bucket and a hose so you had the option on different installations. Sadly nearly a year ago it stopped working so I contacted the company and they had me do some simple teating of the unit and sent them photos...after which they offered to replace it at no charge. They explained that sometimes the units are slightly damaged in shipment which is out of their control, and so they sometimes will not last as designed. They were amazing to work with and very prompt with their support replies. I'd highly recommend them and this unit, because they stand behind their units. They work great and are super quiet top when running.

Wow, this dehumidifier works! I have a tabletop digital thermometer and relative humidity meter. Inside my home, the humidity dropped from 70-72 percent relative humidity to 44-54 percent. My front door was swollen so tightly in its frame that opening and closing the door was difficult. It’s still tight but getting better. The unit itself is quiet, and it’s automatic. I empty the tank twice a day as I don’t have a drain available for the water to be emptied constantly. When the tank is full, it is very easy to empty without spilling. The lid stays on and the pivoting handle lifts for secure transport to the sink. The home is much more comfortable now.

I've had it a couple of days now. It seems to be doing a good job. But it's September and it's not as humid as it has been. The company is the best. They've extensively assured me how they stand behind their products. One thing I've found I really like about this dehumidifier is the water bucket. It seems to be more solid than others I've tried and the handle on it feels solid, not going to break under the weight of the water. The plastic doesn't feel as though it's going to crush or break. Im still trying to learn the panel, what to press, when and why and what I want the dehumidifier to do. It collects a lot of water and shuts off when full. Well, I trust it will shut off, I noticed the water line at top I guess just before it shut off and emptied the bucket. The FC lights up when the bucket is removed whether it's full or not. That's the reminder light to empty it. The wheels on the bottom are actually a smaller size than they should be and it doesn't roll on carpet that well. But it does roll. It is extremely quiet 🤫 hardly can hear it running. Even high fan is almost as quiet as the low. It seems fairly easy to run though I don't know a lot about running it yet. It doesn't seem to have a problem keeping the humidity at a certain number. The compressor shuts off when it reaches that number and only comes on again if the humidity changes. One of the main things I wanted to try this size is I wanted it to pull humidity from other rooms. Mainly my bedroom which is next to the living room. The one is doing that. That's what I wanted. It's running smoothly, quietly, pulling water out of the air, and using less energy because it's Energy Star. What more could you ask for?

Very quiet! Does its job! We purchased this item when out A/C unit was not working properly. The AEOCKY Dehumidifier did an excellent job at keeping the humidity level normal inside the house. You will have to empty the water chamber at least 2x a day, but that only means that the AEOCKY is doing it's job!! Great price and extremely easy to set up! The unit is about the half the size of a kitchen trash can. No weird smells and no leakage of any kind. We will be purchasing another for upstairs.
