This is the first beef organ supplement that I've tried. I like how there are so many different types of organs in here. I use this as a multi-vitamin. I wish they would list the RDA with all the vitamins and minerals from this, but they don't. Just the list of all the organ meats in there. I started slow to make sure that I tolerated it well. Just two caps for a few days, then kept advancing. Now I take 6 caps a day. It seems to give me extra energy! But it just might be the way I'm eating at well. I'm 18 days into Lion. I like this is also Veteran owned.

Love this product! There isn’t any after taste or gamey burps which is highly desirable. My only issue is I was shorted 2 capsules in my recent bottle. I set up a few weeks worth of vitamins etc in small containers so in this case, it’s obvious 2 are missing when I have 4 leftover. Not a big deal but worth mentioning.

Product was good. I wish they would include in the label a breakdown of the micro and macro nutrients. Currently the level only provides a breakdown of how much of each organ meat is included.
