Helps with posture and back pain
Love these...I have a desk job and when placed you and the back of the chair, it helps with posture...moving it to different spots helps too.Just keep the inflation straws handy to re-inflate. I keep mine in a ziploc in my desk drawer.

Like that it comes in two
The small exercise balls works well, they do lose air a little quicker than I had hoped. I like that there are two of them. Overall they do the trick.

Perfect for Pilates exercises
I love these balls and I've tried many types over the past couple of years. These are made of a soft rubbery material and I find they are the right size for my Pilates classes. Remember don't fill them all the way up...you want them to be a little squishy...easier to use that way.
