eufy X10 Pro Omni (Replacement Parts Kit)

Great product, i live in a large 1 bedroom apartment with a heavy shedding cat. It does what it needs to do. Mapping takes a bit of fine tuning. Just let it map and do a few cleaning cycles, then fine tune the map or run a secondary mapping run with ALL obstacles removed (furniture/garbage bins/cat poles/etc). Just let it map without any obstacles. It vacuums well and mops amazing. My house is clean everyday. I have it on schedule, 4 times a week for vacuuming and 3 times vacuuming+ mopping. I got it at a great deal/discount, very happy and satisfied. Oh and for a 1 bedroom apartment, it barely consumes its battery. Check Just a Dad YouTube channel, he does a great review on it

Easy to set up. Extremely good in navigation. Very good vacuum and mopping performance. Happy to have purchased this product.

I’m very, very satisfied with it. The only small drawback is cleaning the corners of the house, but overall, it’s excellent, and I’m happy with my choice

Product is ok, but the sevice is pathetic. Anker is worst. I have an issue with the product, its a small fix but they took it once and retuened saying its fixed. But they didn't do anything. I complained to Dubai customer rights and its in progress. The courier to pick up the device taking 3-4 weeks and they come only on weekdays and not even on evenings. So I have take leave from work to give the product for service. By far the worst experience. Don't buy it from Anker.

Brilliant bit of kit. You can definitely see the wash marks on plain tiles, but on patterned tiles that's invisible. Another downside is that though it self-empties, it does so into a bag....more stuff to buy....I thought we were done with those. As a result, I pause it before it's due to empty, and manually empty it into the bin myself. This kind of defeats the purpose of being self emptying. Overall, we chose this one as it has its own little water tank on board, and I'm glad we did. I don't regret buying this and am happy to recommend. The minor inconvenience of emptying it is just me being reluctant to add to landfill. It's a choice. Otherwise- brilliant.

Average, water used for mopping is good for first 10 minutes. Post that mopping is not great as the refilling is not taking place. I don't know whether the MOP gets watered or Its the wet mop used. If so it gets dried faster. Not good for a bigger house. Try EUFY 28 bigger version with high suction power
