Worst customer service. Do not buy.
Worst customer service. Device has suddenly stopped working. No microsoft Surface service centers available in India. After multiple attempts and difficulty at reaching customer support they ask for a huge sum of money over Rs. 50000 to attempt to repair your device after shipping it somewhere. If unsuccessful they have said that they will only try replacing it with a refurbished device if available. And this convoluted process can take weeks to months. Do not buy.
