Hello, strap is nice but you sent me the wrong size. I ordered 22mm and re dived 20mm Can you help me sort this out please

This is an excellent watch strap, with a smart, secure, discrete and compact quick-release mechanism. This was a repeat purchase of a strap which had performed well for over 5 years, but was starting to show some wear and tear at the watch pin connections.
