Value for money and great ingredients, worth a try to support digestive health and aid absorption of nutrients. Helpful for slow digestion, delayed gastric emptying, gallbladder support IBS and constipation. Enzymes and supporting nutrients - that help gut health and the gut micro-biome.

Easy to take, but I don’t know how you could tell if the capsules work or not, my digestion has never been bad but I am 62 yo so don’t know how much of my enzymes are still available to do what they should!

I've been taking these for a month, along with Nattokinase (a different Proteolytic Enzyme). I have combined this with a drastic reduction in my sugar/carb intake, a proper vitamin regime and some stiffer hiking boots - because issues like this need a multi-pronged attack. I seem to be experiencing good results thus far - the pain in my feet has massively reduced, but it will take further experimentation to discover whether these work as a standalone product or not.
