It was a very hard and difficult battling to get it set up and running but I finally got it working and it works great.Just a heads up, the computer box doesn’t come with it and you need to buy one. My recommendation is to go on Amazon because they are way cheaper. Also you need to buy 2 different wires at Best Buy to get one of the computers working and get another wire that needs to be connected to the router box to get the internet connected to the computer. It doesn’t take wireless connection.Just be prepared when you buy this computer and you have more to buy.

Order came fast. Packaging was nice and super easy to set up. Know the outports/inports and what you need additionally or you will get it and have to wait for additional pieces depending on what your hooking up to the monitor. I had a laptop but I had what I needed. I will be buying more in future for my kids and i definitely would purchase again.

one computer screen glitches contacted seller for a replacement I work from.home and was unable to go ahead and send screen asked for the replacement to be sent and I could return mine since I can't go without a screen seller wouldn't so I have returned both bought somewhere local
