Small spindly sticks with a few leaves but untold promise for future gin'ings
Arrived promptly. Well packaged. Four sticks with a few small leaves at one end of each stick. Planted a couple of months ago and so far whilst not really exhibiting much in the way of growth they certainly haven't died.Four stars, with a potential five if they grow or change shape or anything!## Update - one year on. These slightly leafy sticks lost all their leaves over winter and I feared the worst however this spring they burst into life and have started growing at an alarming (in a good way) rate. I fervently hope that they might fruit this year, if thats how you describe it. After all Sloe Gin don't make itself! Added another star!## Update 3 years on. Cor, you should see these bushy little beasts. Growing fantastically well and now about five foot high and beginning to exhibit the thorns of which the blackthorn is so famous. Still no fruit this year but one can live in hope as my liver gains yet another reprieve
