I love this! Very light so I used a 3M command hook to hang it on a section in my kitchen above the counter (small kitchen so must use storage space well). Extremely easy to clean. I bought the smaller size and now need to get the 1 size larger. So much better than wood or even food grade plastic boards.

I was not sure about this cutting board but wanted to stop using plastic cutting boards. So far I am loving it. I am going to order the next size up.

I have used Titanium cutting boards before and while they do work, they tend to be soft and to scratch easily. This one states that it is cratch resistant. I have not found that to be the case. It is also quite thin and bends easily. The picture on the Amazon site makes it look like it is much thicker, but it is not. And in the product Dimension, it states that it is 18.11" L x 11.81" W x 3" th. It is not 3 inches thick! It is more like 1-2 cm thick. If you scroll down the page, it does state that it is 28cm/11.02in x 39 cm/14.35 in. But it doesn't state how thick it is. Those are the two negative points to me.Because it is titanium, you don't have to worry about micro shavings, and from what I understand, Titanium is not as hard on your knives as glass or stones. The handle at the top is comfortable to use it with. I never put anything in the dishwasher, but only wash it by hand, which it says to do anyway. It is easy to clean.This does work as designed, it is just much thinner than I anticipated. so just be aware of that fact. In the pictures that I posted, it is very difficult to see the scratches on it due to the lighting. They are not bad, but they are present.Shop around and compare to make certain you get the best quality that you can. I try to be as thorough as I can about my reviews and state the reasons that I give a product less than 5 stars.

The typical elemental composition of 316 stainless steel is 69% iron, 16–18% chromium, 10–14% nickel, 2–3% molybdenum, 0.08% carbon, and trace amounts of other elements, like carbon, manganese, phosphorous, nitrogen. So where is the Titanium you promised? What part of the BIG SUS316 marking you did see?

This cutting board is not made of titanium, it is made of SUS316 stainless steel. It git scratched the first time I used it. Payed a lot of shipping for it. Not worth it.
