The Trueview 4G solar camera is working very well. The technology used in this camera is excellent and reliable. Solar charging works perfectly, so there is no worry about electricity or power cuts. Video quality and connectivity are good, and overall performance is smooth. It is a very useful product for outdoor security and remote locations. Satisfied with the product.

After a week of surveillance the camera quality is good, connectivity is also fine enough but only the issue in battery and storage, the battery automatically drops 60% within 5 hours after sunset while the battery is below 50% the recording is also stops in uninterrupted recording. So we doesn't have any recording footage around 1am to 9am which is an main dropback of this camera!

Works very well. Only thing is, it cant auto parole the fixed areas.

Good camera. Well built nd not cheap. Incredibly easy set up with my android app. The battery used about only 10% over night and the solar charger fast charging. It can also charge via USB-c mobile charger 5v 1 amp. Nice image and great product 👍

I’ve used plenty of security cameras over the years, but the TrueView Linkage Camera is in a league of its own. If you’re tired of "blind spots" and want a camera that actually acts like a smart observer, this is it.

Bought two 4g solar cameras. Initially both was work well but after around three months both of them stopped working. Called up the customer care. Very poor customer care. They are saying that to send the defective cameras by courier to limited service centers across India. Like in indore or bhopal there is no service center. Finally end up wasting the money spent for cameras as they are non functional now and of no use.Also, they treat online customer as if they are from different planet. Don't listen to there concern at all. As there service center in aurangabad is 20 km away from city,so I asked them to give any dealers contact no so that I can deposit it to them for repair. But they said no for that. Very very horrific experience. If you want to save your money, don't buy it otherwise you will be in trap.

The solar panel is the one thing that works best. No complaints on that front. These are probably the best on the Indian market BUT, yes, there are some BUTS: 1. Poor programming in parts. Example: Camera movement not in arrow directions but in the opposite direction instead. I own quite a few of the same model but from different productions and they work the opposite. 2. No automatic firmware updates possible on the two 4G models I own (10+2) by which they could correct the nonsense described in #1. So, different flaws are apparent in different productions. 3. Incorrect English in the cheap, single page instruction manual literature provided, as also in the corresponding TrueCloud App. 4. The 3MP cameras are just okay, not perfect. 5MP cameras would serve better but yes, they will eat up some bandwith. 5. The Cloud access is insufficient and often, there is more on the SD card than in the Cloud within the same time frame. Why? 6. Even though other devices in the camera's environment show a 4-5 bar signal strength, the camera itself only shows 1-2 bars, both for the same telecom provider. That leads to performance and remote access issues. 7. These devices are outdoor devices but I have one device that gave up completely in the rains. It'll be out for service soon and that's when I will see how good Trueview are with their after sales service (repair). Poor gaskets, sloppy assembly -- what led to this? Better solutions are also needed for... 7. The fixed camera in this model does not trigger movement but it should, especially if one has the 'home' positions facing opposite directions. Other than the above... 8. Night vision is fairly good. 9. Battery life is excellent for the many images and videos that get triggered with excessive activities. It's all in the details...
