These arch support bands have helped with foot pain caused by Plantar Fasciitis in my left foot. If there's something out there that could possibly help to improve the amount of pain I suffer, then I'm willing to give it a try. So decided to buy these because I haven't seen arch supports before that have non slip markings on the bottom or adjustable foot straps to help keep them in place & these do. Both straps have L in one & R in the other for left foot or right foot. Might seem simple but it's a veru good idea. I am used to wearing foot supports of some sort or another & so I know that sometimes you may feel some discomfort when you initially start wearing them. That's why the instructions do state to wear for a couple of hours to start with in order to allow your feet to become used to them. I wore mine at home initially but didn't experience any discomfort & so was able to wear for the whole day with no issues. Quality is good to me & they're easy to wash. I've washed them in the washing machine multiple times now and allowed to air dry. Will they last for ever... no, but they'll last long enough in my opinion if you take care of them making them good value for money.

These are a bit fiddly to put on and the strap that goes around the heel was too long for me. I only walked about 12 feet to test and I knew that I could not wear these, the instep support was very hard and made my pain so much worse.

I recently decided to try these Healrecux Arch Support Inserts to help with my flat feet, and while they do offer decent support, it’s been a bit of a mixed experience. The adjustable straps are a nice feature – they’re easy to fit snugly, and the compression is just right without feeling too tight. After a few days of wearing them, I did notice some relief, especially when walking on hard surfaces. That said, they do take some getting used to. The arch pads are quite firm, and while that’s good for support, they can feel a bit uncomfortable during longer wear – particularly when you’re on your feet all day. I found myself needing to adjust them quite often to avoid any pressure points. As for design, they look decent enough, and the black and green colour combination is subtle enough not to stand out too much. However, they did tend to slip a little inside my shoes when I was more active, so they’re not the best for sports or heavy activity. For the price, they’re not bad, but I think they could be more comfortable for everyday use. If you need extra arch support and don’t mind a bit of trial and error, they’re worth a shot, but they’re definitely not a miracle fix straight out of the box!
