Product is good but the technician who comes from IFB are very bad. They'll try to loot your money by saying some softener, inlet pipe not good, outlet is of low quality and many more.They'll try a lot to collect money from customers, if the customer will not fall into that trap, then they'll not do the work properly and damage something and they'll leave.Worst service provided by ifb

The washing machine itself performs well and meets expectations in terms of functionality. However, the installation experience was disappointing and left us feeling misled.During installation, the service technician insisted on installing additional filters and selling a machine cleaning liquid at an extra cost of ₹7,550. We were not adequately informed or aware that these were optional, and felt pressured into purchasing them. Our area has soft water, so the need for such an extensive filtration setup—one that’s nearly 1.5 feet long—seems unnecessary. If the machine is designed to work with soft water, why does it require such modifications? This raises concerns about the engineering and design of the machine.Moreover, we already own another IFB washing machine and had existing machine cleaning liquid. Despite informing the technician of this, we were told that this new model requires a different liquid. Is this truly the case, or just a tactic to sell more products?We’ve attached a photo to show how the installation was done, which may help others make an informed decision.While we’re happy with the machine’s performance so far, IFB should be more transparent during installation and ensure customers are not misled into purchasing unnecessary add-ons.
