Genius bit of kit to use with a Tormek sharpening system... It is really easy to use and set up, and gives extremely accurate edge angles, to set up for sharpening... Blades are a lot sharper using this than the standard gauge supplied....

Have been sharpening on a Tormek Supergrind 2000 for many years and this item is truly a revelation in speeding up cutting edge angles … in my user case kitchen knives. No need to measure the wear on your stone and fiddling with the original plastic angle setter that comes with the machine. Plenty of YouTube videos to explain how to use it but just confirming this is a highly efficient and easy to use angle finder.

Works well but Tormek as always overpriced. Quality though.

So much easier setting up the grinding angle than the plastic card/thumb wheel device that comes with the grinder. Takes a few minutes to figure out how it works but once you’ve got your head round that is really really fast to set the angle. Kudos to whoever designed this.

Excellent addition to the Tormek sharpener mounts. This allows different cutting edges for different kitchen knives (likely sporting knives too), with more acute long-lasting edges for standard knives and cleavers, and sharper shallower shorter lifespan edges for filleting knives.
