With that turned on it tends to make voices sound a bit muffled or “underwater,” even when the room is quiet. Took me a while to figure out you can hold the mute button for a few seconds to disable it — I don’t think the manual even mentions that anywhere. Build quality is decent. It’s compact, slightly weighty so it doesn’t feel cheap, and the magnetic base with suction grips is genuinely useful. You can stick it on almost any surface, which is perfect for me since I don’t have much desk space. It also comes with a long USB-A to USB-C cable, so you can position it pretty much wherever you like. In day-to-day use it’s been great for Teams and Zoom meetings on my work PC. Everyone says I sound clear, and the coloured light ring makes it really easy to tell what mode it’s in — green for normal, blue for noise reduction, and red when it’s muted. I actually prefer the normal mode since it sounds more natural. It’s small, flat, and barely takes up any space, which I really appreciate. For around £20, it’s honestly hard to fault. Once you know how to tweak the settings, it works brilliantly and feels like a proper bit of kit rather than a cheap gadget. Simple plug n play external mic. I was having issues with a new Dell laptop built-in mic, which apparently had nothing wrong with it according to our IT dept, despite making me sound like a malfunctioning Max Headroom. Really pleased with this. I need it to record coaching sessions. Works great with QuickTime when used with my MacBook. Clear, crisp audio recordings and pleased with the ai function which reduces background noise. Easy to set up and use. Good value for money

Incredibly clear as long as you aren't using the built-in noise suppression. The build quality is okay, but its compact and ability to be put onto any surface with the suction grips and magnetic base make it ideal. Its ever so slightly weighty, making it feel a bit more premium. As someone with very little desk space this thing is a life saver, it can be put onto any surface and comes with a lengthy USB-A to USB-C connector. The built in noise suppression is a little annoying as it is on by default despite muddying sound quality significantly even when there isn't much sound to suppress. In order to turn it off, you have to hold the mute button for three seconds, which as far as I could tell the manual doesn't tell you. Probably the best value for £20 you can find on Amazon.

I got this because my laptop mic kept buzzing when I was on calls. I liked this option because it was pretty small and didn’t take up much of the desk like a condenser mic. It’s been really good so far, sounds really clear and sits under my monitor easily.

Simple to set up. Plug in and use! Bought to use on my work Dell Lattitude, since recent software update people saying I was muffled or couldn't be heard. This little beast was recognised by MSTeams straight away and according to those on other end of call, it is crystal clear quality! Only snag is it doesn't like being plugged into docking station, but direct connect to laptop cured that error message (insufficient USB resource). Great bit of kit for the price!

When doing google requests on my computer, I used to type in the request. I now use this microphone to "speak" them. I have also {Bluetooth} paired my smartphone to my computer and run an app that makes calls on my computer using the phone's cell connection.
